A quantum Red Nose Clown of indefinite age, Norbut Yetso burst onto the world stage on February 29, 1888 in Cripple Creek, Colorado with the first recorded vaudeville act combining Newtonian physics and Einstein's theories of relativity.
Coming in the summer of 2020 Norbut will embark on a new adventure with his old friend Geronimo. Having been dismissed from gainful futures these two adventurers will set out to answer the age old questions of place and belonging in an original clown odyssey.
In the Fall of 2019 Norbut launched a new solo show at the International School of Beijing. Norbut continued his exploration of the wonders of the Universe as he delved into the Speed of Light, The Big Bang and Newtonian Physics to the delight of adults and children alike. This show is available for touring and special events.
In the summer of 2018 Norbut Yetso performed at The Hollywood Fringe in The Universe 101! "Stone and Godfrey (who are credited as the piece’s creators, producers and directors) have crafted a delightful, quirky vignette that is full of daffy, Monty Python-like absurdity wrapped around a Douglas Adams-like comic riff on the themes of quantum physics and magic. Indeed, their artful melding of magic and narrative is almost a trick itself." This show is available for touring and special events.
From 2017 through 2018 Norbut, along with his co-worker Geronimo, was employed as butler to Gretel Heinz and Hermann Schnitzel. Together they performed monthly Cabaret Circus Variety Shows, set in the raucous days of 1924 Berlin, dedicated to presenting lively and innovative performances ranging from the absurd to the sublime.
In 2017 Norbut reprised his original act from 1888 for The Ringmistress: A show that is never twice alike, full of curiosities and mysteries.
In 2016 Norbut made his modern day debut in the cast the 24 Hour Clown Project as part of Mike Funt's inaugural artistic directorial offering for the renowned company Four Clowns.
In 1888 Norbut inadvertently confirmed Einsteins theories of general relativity regarding time travel when he appeared at The Imperial Hotel in Cripple Creek, Colorado.
From 2017 through 2018 Norbut was employed as butler to Gretel Heinz and Hermann Schnitzel in Berlin, 1924. Together they performed monthly extravaganzas in their gracious living room through various portals in Los Angeles.
